Natures Ibuprofen!By: Bianca on 7 August 2018After hearing how dangerous NSAIDs are from a Joe Rogan podcast, (#773) with Dr Rhonda Patrick, I was so excited to learn about the anti-inflammatory benefits of Curcumin! I've been taking these for almost a week now to manage my endometriosis pain and have already noticed a massive drop in the amount of ibuprofen I take. For the first time all year I've been able to comfortably manage without any/very little ibuprofen; I'm very excited to see how I'll be feeling after a whole month! The capsules are bright orange and are a little bigger than the size of a panadol capsule. They're quite easy to swallow and I've been taking mine with Vital Greens in the morning so I haven't noticed any after-taste yet. When organising them into my pill organiser for the week, I did notice the tips of my fingers turned bright orange, but it easily came off with soapy water, and didn't stain anything else. I'm currently taking this in combination with a Women's Multi-Vitamin, Fusion Women's Balance, Vital Greens, Iron & Milke Thistle and I’ll definitely be continuing with this. I plan to add in Macca Powder and Mushroom Complex next time which have also been recommended by the staff at the store.
