Vitamin C Bliss Balls

Getting your daily dose of Vitamin C has never been more delicious with these little snack bliss balls, perfect for the whole family this Winter.


  • 1 tsp. Amazonia Prebiotic Vitamin C powder

  • 1 cup roasted almonds

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp. water

  • 1 tsp. sweetener of choice, maple syrup (optional)


  1. Add almonds and oats to blender, blend until fine.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend into a dough.
  3. Roll tablespoonfuls of the dough into balls.
  4. Eat immediately or store in the fridge.
